Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

A cookie is a small piece of data a website asks your browser to store and send back on later visits, most often so the site can remember who you are.

Cookies we use

Rebound uses essential cookies only — the ones without which signing in would not work.

CookiePurposeType
Supabase auth / session cookiesKeep you signed in between page loads and let the server refresh your session securely. Set by our authentication provider, Supabase.Essential
Analytics cookiesNone. We do not measure you across the site with cookies. Not used
Advertising cookiesNone. Rebound carries no advertising and no third-party ad or social trackers. Not used

Because we set only essential cookies, there is no consent banner to click through and nothing to opt out of.

Not a cookie: local storage

Rebound is local-first, so your planner is kept in your browser’s local storage rather than in cookies. That data stays on your device and is not transmitted automatically with requests. Clearing site data in your browser removes it, so export anything you want to keep first — see Settings → Data.

Controlling cookies

Every major browser lets you view, block, and delete cookies from its settings, usually under “Privacy” or “Site data”. You can also use a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it.

Blocking our essential cookies will stop you being able to sign in. The planner will still run locally in your browser, but it will not sync to your account.

Changes

If we ever add a cookie beyond the essential ones described here, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it. The revision date at the top reflects the current version.
